What is Canoe safari??

Crystal clean water, untouched nature, deep canyons and lots of ravines and waterfalls guarantee a terrific time in nature! We want to evoke all the beauties of Gorski Kotar by canoe safari. For you only, we organize one-day or several-day trips in replicas of Indian canoes or in life-rafts. What is certain, you will not miss the relaxation.

When can you go on Canoe safari?

It is possible to go on a canoe safari in spring, summer and autumn when the water level is optimal. The weather is not a condition but we recommend that you go for it in warm summer’s days. You will have a great time in nature even if the water is not warm enough to swim in. It is possible to organize weekend trips where your experience will be fulfilled by camping.

Includes a transport to the river and back
Duration of the trip: 4-6 hours
Breaks for swimming
Min. number of people: 2
Max. number of people: 50 (not a condition)
Min. and max. age: 4-70 years old
Lunch: in nature (grill, dishes from cauldron) or in a restaurant after the trip
Necessary equipment: sun glasses, sun lotion, identity card or a passport (it is obligatory)

KUPA SPORTS ensures all the necessary equipment (boats, paddles, waterproof bags, waistcoats, diving shoes and neoprene wet suits (if they are necessary). We also ensure one experienced guide. As a gift, each group will get a couple of CDs with the photos of your trip!
